During these 15 years we have managed to position ourselves as a benchmark in the
chocolate not only in San Cristóbal, but in Mexico.
We are committed to disseminating and rescuing the enormous historical cultural legacy of cocoa and chocolate, which is a biological contribution from Chiapas to Mexico and from here has become known to the whole world.
